Testnet faucets are run on a best-effort basis and break constantly: domains lapse, TLS certificates expire, rate limits tighten, and faucet wallets run dry. We re-check every STX faucet daily and record the cause of failure, so you can tell a dead faucet from a temporary blip before you waste time on it.
